SPAM Quarantine Systems trap suspicious email messages that have been identified by the system as spam and allows you to safely review and release any of the ones that you consider to be legitimate. It is not necessary for you to login to this system every day; only when you suspect that a legitimate message may have been blocked by the anti-spam filters. Spam messages will be held within these systems for a period of 14 days. Please check both systems before logging a ticket with your IT Helpdesk.
