This issue is affecting Outlook, OWA, Blackberry, and Active Sync clients. Connectivity is intermittent and we are also experiencing mail delays.
Please remember that the Email Archive System can be used as a workaround to send and/or receive emails.
Our email provider is working diligently to resolve this issue. An update will be posted on this page as soon as one becomes available.
